Project Information
This project will facilitate reconstruction of NE Circle Boulevard, between the railroad tracks adjacent to Highway 99W and the city limits. The primary purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the street surface; however, several pedestrian and cycling improvements are also incorporated into the project. The final road improvement will maintain two lanes of travel in either direction and a center turn median but will add buffers to the bike lanes. Project Timeline
Construction began May 8, 2023.
Construction completion is anticipated to conclude October 2023.
More detailed work activities and dates for them will be included in the weekly status updates.
Status Updates
Final construction punch list repairs in progress. Installation of flashing beacon at Jack London and Circle Blvd expected December 2023. Project closeout expected by January 2024.
