Oak Room
An open layout and tons of included equipment make this room the perfect, flexible space for your midsize event! Make use of the Oak Room's large HDTV with a mounted webcam for hybrid meetings, connect to the sound system via AUX, Bluetooth, or microphone for music, speakers, and more. Chairs and tables available for a variety of seating arrangements.

Rental Rates (1 hour minimum rental per date):
- Mondays - Thursdays: $34 per hour ($23 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
- Fridays - Sundays and Holidays: $42 per hour ($25 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
- Alcohol permit: $12, plus general liability insurance. Learn more about the permitting process for events where alcohol will only be consumed and events where alcohol will be sold
- Building Attendant Fee: Outside of normal operating hours, there is an $18 per hour staffing fee.
