Corvallis Forest Annual Tour

2024 Tour

Every spring, Public Works organizes a tour of Corvallis Forest so the public can visit and learn about the Forest's essential role in source water protection. This is a special opportunity, because the Forest is generally closed to the public for the protection of the water supply. The tour offers a great opportunity to visit and learn about the forest.

This year's tour will take place on June 14th, 2024.

Guests will meet at 4:15 PM for a 4:30 departure, and be on the tour for around 3 hours.

Space is limited, and sign-ups are first come, first serve. RSVP is required.

The guided tour will take place via bus and also involve walking on gravel roads. We will provide snacks and the tour will take place rain or shine, so we recommend bringing water and layers - weather in the forest can vary significantly from weather in town.
