When is a Permit Needed for Moving a Structure?

A permit to move a structure is required whenever a structure regulated by the State of Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Code or the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code is proposed to be moved to or from a site within the Corvallis city limits.

Who May Purchase this Permit?

A permit to move a structure may be purchased by the property owner or his/her authorized agent.

What is the Cost of the Permit?

$100.00 per structure.
