Starting Water Service with the City is easy and convenient.

Please be ready to provide the following information:

1. Service Address - the address where you would like the water service.
2. Your Full Name
3. Mailing Address (if different from the Service Address)
4. Daytime Telephone Number
5. Social Security Number
6. Drivers License Number
7. Date of Birth
8. Date service should start (excluding weekends and holidays)

You can obtain service by one of the following methods:

• Phone: Call Utility Customer Service at (541) 766-6949 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
• In Person: Drop by the Utility Billing Office from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) at:

There is a $25 service charge to obtain water service. This charge will be applied to your first utility bill.
