The City’s Comprehensive Plan includes TEXT and a MAP. It was completed as part of the City’s Periodic Review and implemented by the City Council on December 31, 2006. Comprehensive Plan policies are utilized as part of the appropriate review criteria for the following discretionary land use applications:

• Zoning District Changes
• Planned Developments
• Conditional Developments (including Willamette River Greenway permits)
• Lot Development Options
• Extensions of Services
• Appeals of Land Use Decisions
• Vacations
