Toddler Party Packages

Our Toddler Party Packages are well suited for young kids that tire after just a few hours of play, but the packages are available to party-goers of all ages. The small, indoor pool with its long, shallow steps, 4.5 foot "deep end," and comfortable 91 degree water temperature is perfect for kids. Select the Deluxe Package and let our staff decorate the room, provide the party favors, and deliver the cake; you just show up and enjoy the party!

Outdoor Party Packages

Our Outdoor Party Packages allow your guests to soak up some sun and enjoy Osborn's famous "Otter Beach" water playground, 22 foot-high water slide, and outdoor lap pool. With the option to invite up to 100 guests, these packages are a convenient, money-saving idea for office picnics, graduation parties and family reunions. Select the Deluxe Package and let our staff decorate the room, provide the party favors, and deliver the cake; you just show up and enjoy the party!

Outdoor Party Packages are available seasonally, when Otter Beach is open, generally from May to late September.

NOTE ABOUT FEES: All fees are subject to change without notice. Additional fees/requirements may apply, especially for activities or events outside of a standard group gathering. Our staff can help you determine if these fees apply to your event.

DEPOSITS: A minimum deposit of $100 must be paid at the time the rental forms are completed; the balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the event. If the rental fees are less than $100, the entire amount is due at the time the rental forms are completed.

CHANGES: Once a reservation has been confirmed, Osborn Aquatic Center will allow one event date change, without charge, so long as the change is made at least five (5) business days in advance. Additional changes in the event date are by approval only and cost an additional $10 per change.

REFUND POLICY: The sound permit fee is non-refundable. Refunds for deposits/rental fees will not be given if the written request is received less than five (5) business days before the date of the event. NO refunds are granted due to inclement weather. When a rental fee refund is requested and approved, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. The refund request form is found on the last page of the Refund Policy (PDF).
