Human Resources, which is part of the City Manager's Office, provides expertise, consultation, and leadership in the management of the City's Human Resources. We are responsible for coordinating hiring, salaries, benefits, training, safety, risk-management,and union contracts. The staff of the Human Resources division is committed to promoting organizational values, diversity, teamwork, employee and citizen engagement, sustainability, and effective communication.
