The 1993 Land Development Code is no longer applicable, except in limited circumstances. The zoning regulations for the City of Corvallis are contained in the Land Development Code (LDC). The land development regulations in the LDC are intended to ensure that the goals and policies of the Corvallis Comprehensive Plan are implemented. These regulations guide the proper type, design, and location of development within the City limits. A Land Development Code zoning map shows the location of the different zoning districts throughout the City.
