Corvallis Government Television on cable channel 21 was launched in January 2005. The channel offers information about City government, including:

* Broadcast of taped City Council meetings: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 5:30 pm; Saturday at 12 pm and 7 pm; Sunday at 10 am and 7 pm. Generally, broadcast of the most current meeting begins no later than the Thursday following the Monday Council meeting. The meeting is also videostreamed on the City's Web site and is generally available no later than the Friday following the meeting. Staff try to make the meeting available on both the TV channel and the Web sooner whenever possible; however, total combined length of the noon and evening meetings, as well as technical glitches, can affect the time it takes to convert the meeting for broadcast.
