The September issue of "the City," which includes the Police Department's Annual Report, is now available.
New Parking Restrictions Near Downtown
On-street parking controls will change beginning September 1, 2010 in the area generally bounded by Jefferson Avenue, 9th Street, Monroe Avenue, and 7th Street. These changes are a result of a City Council decision to form a residential parking district in this neighborhood.

City receives Certificate of Performance Management
The International City/County Management Association (ICMA) recently awarded the City of Corvallis with a Certificate of Excellence for exceptional commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Corvallis is among 21 jurisdictions receiving such an honor this year. A copy of the Press Release from ICMA and Corvallis' Certificate are available.
